Brenda Banales joined the team of Skevin CPA in the fall of 2019. As an assistant to Principal of Skevin CPA, she plays an integral role in smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Her ability to multi-task and excellent customer service are remarkable as she navigates the accounting world that includes a wide range of engagements our firm handles, e.g. forensic & trust accounting, litigation support, tax preparation, and business valuation.

 

She is currently studying for her CPA exam. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles (Class of 2020) where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.

 

Prior to joining SkevinCPA Brenda’s experience in the service industry included working in retail, insurance, and marketing where she was recognized monthly for her sales and interpersonal skills by maintaining her sales in the top 3 positions.

 

During her undergraduate years, Brenda was involved in multiple organizations on and off campus. She held a position of a Marketing Director for Accounting Society. She grew the club with her posting and advertisements and eventually took a position as Internal Vice President. In this position, she gathered a team to continue the growth of this organization through continued marketing on social media and on campus. She received recognition on her leadership and marketing skills.
